Princess Green Smoothie

All this cooking I’ve been doing and with it being the Holiday season, I have one mission for the winter, Operation Don’t Gain Weight! So I am doing a little cleanse for maybe a week or two, which will consist of cleaner eating and smoothies. First up is this easy green recipe.

1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
1/2 pear
1/2 avocado
1 banana
1 cup Almond/Coconut Blend Milk (Unsweetened)
1/2 tbsp Flax Seeds
1/2 tsp Agave Nectar (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
