Hey guys! I just finished watching a dope documentary on the Science of Yoga. It really helped answer my question of why many people who meditate also practice yoga. I used to practice Bikram Yoga as a way to challenge myself, but it's way different when you are more mindful and intentional of your body, mind and spirit.
Also, If you are in Boston check out IG: @loving_life_tiff , she does yoga classes all around Boston, live streams, and private sessions. She taught me how to send breath to the painful parts and tightness in my body, and what changes to make to get the most out of my poses. And I can honestly feel the difference now as I continue with my practice, and I feel better, more peaceful and accomplished afterwards.
